			Archived Fishing Blog Now archived from 2003... Every time I head off fishing, which is usually every Thursday and Friday, I write a trip report and post photos from the trip. This also acts as my online diary of my latest thoughts, experiments, and techniques. Check out the latest fishing reports! Fishing Log A complete listing of all of my fishing trips in spreadsheet format, this log dates back to June 2002 and is updated religiously. Fly Log Interested in the latest flies I've been tying? Dating back to October 2002, this is a spreadsheet listing of all the flies I've tied, when I tied them, and a brief description of the pattern. Australian Fishing Log 2001 I kept an excellent journal while living in Australia, and while sometimes I didn't feel like writing, I did anyway. I am very grateful for it now, even though I only finished writing half the journal. I did record the places we stayed on our trip up the coast, and most importantly, almost every day I fished, with date, where I was, and what I caught. Check it out! New Zealand Fishing Log 2000- Coming soon! I must shamefully admit that during the year I was living and traveling in New Zealand, I failed to keep a journal. I did, luckily, have a notebook that I received as a Christmas present (about halfway through my trip), that I kept notes in. These notes ranged from rough drafts for articles to fishing techniques I learned while working as a deckhand on a sport fishing charter boat. At one point I realized that it might be nice to record places I fished, although since I never paid attention to what day it was, there is no date information. I have tried to improvise from memory where I could, however KEEP IN MIND that this is not half of the places I fished in New Zealand.
